eFile.com Tax Ideas

Tax Day was April 18, 2023 for 2022 Tax Returns. If you missed that date, you can prepare and e-file your 2022 Taxes until October 16, 2023. You may, however, be subject to late filing and/or late payment penalties and a tax extension may be due. Late filing penalties do not apply if you expect a tax refund, but you only have 3 years to file and claim your tax refund; for 2022 Returns, that is April 15, 2026.
